BIFC Meeting
June 5, 2006

Meeting brought to order by B. Sobczak @ 7:30pm

Secretary Report:  Meeting minutes for May 1, 2006, submitted by M.B. Wolff and accepted

Treasurer’s Report:  Deposits made to checking account (as was) a Coke deposit.

Coach’s Report:  Coaching staff in process of being finalized.  Barb to e-mail Nancy Wilson about lower level game schedule.

Web Site:  There has been approximately 2,000 hits per month in the off-season.  We owe Patrick for 4/06, 5/06, 6/06, and shortly will owe him for 7/06, 8/06, 09/06.

Scholarships:  The checks will be available in the main office by 7/1/06.

Golf Tournament:  At Foxfire.  There are 20 foursomes signed up so far.  Romano Ford to bring in a car for hole-in-one (per-determined hole).  Coca-Cola donating drinks.  Champion Fitness donating certificates for 2 or 3 free month's membership.  Hole sponsors, $100.00.  We will get Nami's to make a flag with the B'ville logo for the tournament.  There will be a "Coach for a Day" silent auction sign up.  Also to be auctioned off will be an Adirondack chair built by Coach Cuyler.  J. Cuddy to get two free passes to Highland Golf Course.  Corrine Johnston is able to get some BC Open passes for us; 100 calculator calendars ordered, one for each player, also golf balls.  A lot of free items (shirts, etc.) donated by Tom Di Naploi.  Players will get hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks at the turn (there will be a keg of beer), and a meal at the finish (chicken, ziti, salad, in the pavilion).

Big 30 Camp:  Bus is filling up - get your reservations in.

Junior Combine:  New date for the Combine is 6/11/06.  Coach to give a head count by Thursday so we can order subs and drinks.

Game Program:  The cost of ads has gone up $5.00, $150.00 for the back cover, $10.00 for web supporters with a paid program ad.  The ad requests will be stuffed at the golf tournament to be mailed 6/18/06.

Other Business:  Note cards are almost gone.
