Attendance: Jim Cuddy, Laurie Elliott, Patrick & Madelyn Duffy, Brenda Ginter, Linda Procopio, Richelle Rumble, Barb Sobczak, Skip Socia, Barb Twombley.

Secretary's Report: Minutes for the April 2, 2007 meeting were reviewed and accepted with the addition of the Duffy's to the attendance roster.

Treasurer's Report: $x.xx in Checking & $x.xx Savings for a total of $x.xx. A $x.xx check for the Alumni Association was submitted. The Alumni Association will have its own line in the BIFC Budget and will become a separate account when the Alumni Association so desires. This portion of the BIFC Budget is not to be used for BIFC items.

Team Reps: L Candee and L Palmer are possible prospect at Freshman Team Reps. Still looking for JV Reps. BIFC is hoping when the football season starts, parents will come forward as Reps.

Coaches Reports: Participation in the Weight Room has decreased, however, it is noted that participants in a Spring Sport are still making it to the Weight Room at least twice a week. The participants seem more unified Coaches are requesting new video equipment. Approximately $x.xx will be need to purchase a video camera, TV and a dual deck recorder with DVD burning capacity. Coach Sanfilippo will need to get together with the equipment user and see exactly what should be ordered and would be a best investment for the program. Thank you cards were purchased from Phoenix Press. Half of them were given to the Coaches and the other have retained by the BIFC?

Novelties: Red practice jerseys will be ordered for Varsity and White practice jerseys will be ordered for the rest of the teams. Boys prefer Mesh shorts over cotton. Barb Twombley & Richelle will get together to pick out and order these items.

Combine, May 20, 2007: Data Entry people are needed. New registrations will be accepted on this day. A lunch ticket will be given to each participant. Lunch will be provided by the B'Ville school cafeteria with arrangement made by Coach Sanfilippo. There will be a pre-registration line and a registration line.

Big 30 Summer Camp: Two buses have been ordered from Cazenovia Limo -- $x.xx/per bus — one way.

Unity Day: Scheduled for June 1, 6:30-8:30 on Field No 7 —Need to order tee shirts, novelties. Team signs need to be made. Refreshments served will be cotton candy, popcorn, water, soda & sno-cones. Varsity players are to arrive at 6:00 p.m. Volunteers needed, fliers and posters need to be made, and tables needed for various concessions.

Not for Profit Status: It has become a District policy that all support organizations/booster clubs need to attain not-for-profit status. This requires a considerable amount of time and money (approx. $x.xx). The past three years, treasurers'/financial reports are needed. (A $x.xx donation toward Scott Brown's gift card was given to Kathy Morse.)

Golf Outing @ Foxfire, June 30, 2007: A motion was made, discussed and passed that Richelle order the golf umbrellas for this event. Teams/people need to register.

Miscellaneous: The Baldwinsville Library sent a Thank You note for the team players' assistance in moving books for the library's fundraiser. They also published an acknowledgement in the Baldwinsville Messenger.
