Treasurer’s Report: We have approximately $xx in the till.
Concession Stand:
-
J. Yeschick explained that
we had a great night last Friday night selling out of Hot
Chocolate, Popcorn, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Coffee. We took in
$xx that night.
-
We were pranked! Someone
called in an order for 10 extra pizzas and although it was a
prank the timing of the order helped us out because we ran out
of everything just before the pizza arrived. Define
intervention? To stop this from happening again Pizza Man and
Gino & Joe’s will be instructed to accept orders from Kelly
Norton only direct from her cell phone.
-
It was recommended that
for Homecoming we should have 8 containers of Hot Chocolate
ready.
-
We need more tops for the
HC and Coffee cups.
-
It was agreed that we will
continue to sell HC/Coffee in 16 oz. cups for $1.00.
Programs: Program sales have brought in $ xx so far this year. Received Coke
check this week.
Novelties: Through August of this year Novelties have brought in
approximately $ xx. Mrs. Rumble is going to negotiate better
pricing with Nami’s. We now have some products purchased on
consignment. Zipper Sweatshirts are selling very well with 12
ordered and 7 sold immediately! Mrs. Rumble is going to work the
next 8th grade game and will start reducing inventory by
discounting some slow moving merchandise.
